Established in 2007, David Turner & Co Ltd is an independent firm of chartered accountants and business advisors. We offer a comprehensive range of accountancy and business advisory services to private individuals and businesses, including sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and LLP’s in many sectors.

David Turner & Co Ltd specialises in providing professional accountancy, taxation and business advisory services to family businesses. We have considerable experience in dealing with a wide range of small and medium sized businesses and in particular agriculture, landed estates and private client work (personal and family tax, both compliance and planning).

We very much appreciate that we are in a ‘people business’ where relationships and trust are of paramount importance. One of the many benefits of working with family businesses is that we get to work with the wide range of non-farming projects that various family members are involved with. This means that although agriculture and landed estates are central to our portfolio of clients we also have experience in a wide spectrum of other sectors, which we believe gives us a better level of commercial awareness.

David Turner

The practice is led by David Turner who has a wealth of experience advising family businesses, and in particular clients in all areas of the agriculture and land based sector. David comes from a farming background and his own practical experience has assisted him in advising clients throughout his career, including when he was the leader of the agriculture and landed estates practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 10 years.

In addition to having overall responsibility for the whole range of services offered by David Turner & Co David has vast experience in handling one-off assignments for land businesses, including forensic and expert witness work.

David works in 'partnership' with a wide range of other professionals to ensure that 'your' team matches your needs.
